装修费用与房价波动的关系

设房价涨幅为i,-1<i<1
若房价涨幅i>常量N1(1>N1>0),则,装修费d的二阶导数d”<0
若房价涨幅i<常量N2(-1<N2<0),此时i为负,即房价下价,则,装修费用d的二阶导数d”<0;
若房价涨幅足够小,无论涨跌,即存有常量-1<M2<0<M1<1,此时-1<M2<i<M1<1,则此时装修费用d的二阶导数d”>0;

以上四个常量,必然有-1<N2<M2<0<M1<N1<1      。

以上属个人瞎猜,未经实证。
